The Libraries, Games, and Play conference will bring together leaders and innovators who have created engaging games-based programs in libraries. We have a limited number of travel stipends to help librarians, educators, and administrators attend the conference and participate in conference sessions and the accompanying Showcase of innovative programs. Please fill out the application below to be considered for a stipend. Use the Special Interests box to tell us about your interests in using games in libraries and how you could contribute to the conference. We will factor in potential travel costs when awarding the stipends ($100-$800 – more for people traveling longer distances). We are accepting applications for travel stipends up through March 11th.

Summary
The Libraries and Games website is a production of the American University Game Lab. It is a database supported online web app, with the database providing the content for the site and collecting information about visitors to identify any usability issues and to collect their feedback and information. Restrictions Our policy for data collected in online games produced by AU Game Faculty is as follows: The data collected is used to support the Libraries and Games conference and for our game design research (AU Game Lab) Sensitive information about a visitor or contributor (name, email) will never be shared with other entities. Anonymized information will be shared with collaborating institutions on a case-by-case basis. We will revise this policy as needed in the future.
